The Office of the Registrar will provide, upon written request, a notarized, authenticated, transcript or certified copy of a diploma. A Notarized Transcript is an official transcript that has been authenticated and notarized. A Notarized Transcript is $5.00. A certified copy of a diploma is a quality copy of the original that has been authenticated and notarized. Certified copies of diplomas are $6.00 each.
Please complete the request form and mail, fax or hand deliver the form AND a good photocopy of the original diploma.
