Transcript Requests
Department and college offices may request an internal copy of an official transcript for students whose record is prior to Fall 1982. These documents are for on-campus use only. Requests must include:
- The student's name, SSN, and last date of attendance
- The name of the person to receive the document, and the contact's college or department, campus address, and phone number.
Orders may be picked up or mailed via Campus Mail.
