Missing Grades
SR1MSGR01B MISSING GRADES – FULL TERM
Description
This is a statistical report that lists all CRNs that have not reported grades. During grade collection this report is run nightly to identify instructors who have not yet submitted final grades.

Description
- Class Roster – Throughout the term this report displays a list of the students enrolled in each section. Final grades as submitted by the instructor are displayed after grade roll.
- Class Roster with Missing Grades – This report is produced after the final grade update and displays a list of students in sections that have at least one missing grade.

Used by college and department staff to verify students have registered for the correct course section and hours. This report identifies students with missing grades prior to grade roll.
